Version 1.12 to 1.15

This release notes contain list of new features and improvements made on the Infosafe CSI web application  and associated modules for the Version 1.12 to 1.15

Release version 1.12
 
1.  Displaying Description of Hazard Colour codes.
 
Feature for displaying the description entered against each colour code is now enabled in CSI. To use this feature, navigate to system setup screen, select the Hazard colour code tab and enter description against the required colour codes as shown in screen shot.
 
 
Search for SDS based on colour code and do a mouse over on the colour to see the description entered.
 
Click on the colour on HCC column to see the safety icons assigned against it and see the description
 
 
2. CSI to obtain’ status needs to come up for out of date SDS on the search result status column
 
CSI to obtain’ status is seen now for the out of date SDS. Other statuses displayed in the status column are Client to action, obsolete product, transcription, requested MSDS. This is seen only for DBM clients.
 
 
3.  Risk Assessment module switch over to CSI
 
The Risk assessment module had option to see only the old V1 tree structure. For clients who has switched over to CSI, they should be able to see all the RA done on old V1 system and should be able to do future Assessments based on the CSI inventory tree structure. The support is enabled in the current release.
 
a.     Make sure that the “Switch over to CSI” option is selected in system setup of RA Module screen if you are planning to switch over to CSI Inventory tree. Click on save button to enable it.
 
 
b.     Once enabled, all the Risk assessments present in the old system that can be mapped will be carried over automatically. Users with admin privileges will have to manually import the ones which could not be automatically mapped. Click on the ‘Move old Risk assessment button’.
 
 
 
c.     New screen opens up to map the old assessments to CSI inventory locations. Follow the screen prompts to complete the process.
 
 
4.  Update of CSI University screens to include System seup screens and new features

Release Version 1.13
 
1.  Print Search Result.
 
Print search result feature allows users to take a print out of the search result that has been performed. Select the appropriate search criteria and click on the 'Print Search Result' icon. This opens up a preview of the results screen in a new tab. User can sort the results based on various columns and click on the print icon to take a print out.
 
Note: Taking the print out in Landscape orientation will fit in more of the search results columns
 
 
2. Sorting Ingredients by Proportion
 
The ingredient composition listed in section three of an SDS can be sorted based on the proportion. For enabling this feature, user will have to turn on the option in System setup, Global settings screen.
 
 
After the option is turned on, the Ingredients displayed in section 3 would be sorted based on proportion.
 
 
The Ingredients in the designer Labels can also be sorted based on the proportion using this feature.
 
3.  Update of CSI University screens to include new features

Release 1.15
 
1.  Searching while panel is minimised
 
Users can now perform search function even the panel is minimised in SDS database module. All the same options while doing seach in the main panel is available in the minimised panel as well.
 
2.  Filtering by HCC Options in inventory module
 
Filtering the search results by Hazard Colour Code options were available only in SDS Database module. This feature is now made available in the Inventory module as well.
 
3.  While viewing the Risk Assessment Report, users are now able to view/download the attachments present in the risk assessment.
 
You can now view the attachments present in a risk assessment by clicking on the'attachment' button seen on the report.
 
 
4.  While logging in to SDS database module, the search result screen will show only the primary product names.
 
When a user logs in to the SDS database module for the first time, it will show the primary product names. Users can search for a particular product name by using the existing search functionaality and the screen will display the names including Synonymn names without any issues. This feature is implemented to reduce confusion by showing sysnonym names in the initial screen.
