Once an Event report is generated Various actions can be performed with the results displayed in the report.
Restoring an Action : Inventory site deletion and Inventory item delection actions are the only ones that can be restored. The delete actions are seen with a Green restore icon next to it. Once an action is restored, the record will be highlighted in Yellow colour. The restored inventory item will be seen as highligted in yellow colour in the current site tab. A restored Site will be seen with an orange restored icon in the inventory tree.
Filtering Event Report
Events Filtering buttons : You can filter the results seen in the event report based on actions perfomed on an inventory site and on an inventory item.
User can click on the buttons to filter out the results based on site or inventory items
Filtering based on criteria in IN Column : Event report can further filtered based on Login Name and restored actions can be filtered based on the Restore login name of the user ID which performed the action
Filtering based on Event Date: Report can be further drilled down based on the date when a particular action is performed. This can be done selecting the appropriate date radio buttons.
Clearing filter Selection : The Filters which are applied on the event report can be cleared by clicking the Clear Selection button. Further dropdown option will be provided to clear only site filter, clear only item filter or clear all the filters applied.
The event report can be exported into an excel or directly printed out by clicking the print button.
