Data Analysis feature is used for easy migration of data from Msds Online to CSInfosafe. The Data Analysis tool will tell you if there are any outstanding items needing your attention for this site according to National and State regulations. These are needed for your sites to be compliant and will help emergency services to assist you in case of any emergencies.
Users with the appropriate permission will be able to perform an analysis of the data in specific inventory locations. Click on the Data Analysis icon present on the tools tab.
A new tab will open up on the right panel with options Category Requirements and Inventory Requirements.
Category Requirements
This function enables the user to analyse the information that has been omitted when setting up categories in the Inventory. Click on the Information required section for each site to directly access the location and fill up missing information.
Inventory Requirements
This function enables the user to analyse if the products that have been added to the Inventory are missing mandatory information. e.g. Container type, size, maximum quantity etc. Click on the Information required section for each site to directly access the location and fill up missing information.
