Assign Projects


Users which has got the Assign project privilege will see the new Assign project button while adding or editing an inventory item.
 
Clicking this button opens up an assign project window and user can assign the chemical to a particular inventory project.
 
 
Project Name : User can Specify the project name in this field. Already existing project name will be seen autofilled and available for selection.
Project Completion Date: An expected date when the particular inventory project needs to be completed is entered here.
Owner: Each project can be assigned to particular users as the Owner of the Project. existing user IDs is available as dropdown for automatic selection.
Shelf Life: Shelf life or the expiry date of the particular chemical can be entered in this field.
Chemical Status in Project: This field indicates the progress of chemical usage in the project. options available are not Started, In progress, On Hold and Completed.
Disposal Of Chemical : This field only indicated whether the chemical needs to be disposed off or not. If the field is selected, then the Disposal Date field neeeds to be filled in.
Project progress Auto Complete: Selecting this option will automatically change the Overall project completed % based on the chemical status of all the chemicals present in the project. if this option is not selected, user has to manually fill in the overall project completed %.
