Select the main site and then select Add Level from the tool bar that comes up.
Fill up the Site Name and fill in all other mandatory fields marked. A site location can be added with the help of google maps.
Manifest and placarding can be enabled or disabled if not needed. Emergency contact information needs to be added and both primary and secondary contact information has to be entered.
