The Add Substance feature performs the following functions:
• Add a single substance to a single site.
• Add multiple substances to a single site
Select the site from the left panel and then select the Add item button from the tools panel located to the top right of the table. You will notice that you are redirected to the Add Substance tab.
You can navigate directly to the Add Substance tab by selecting it.
Click on the substance name and then fill in the appropriate information in the next window. Save & Close when done.
It is important, the maximum quantity is entered to ensure the placarding and segregation calculations work. For Gas Cylinders, check with your supplier for maximum volume for liquids and compressed
gases. It is also important the storage type is set, so that the DG Manifest prints.
Add: Fill in the Container Size and Average Quantity and use the Calculator icon to calculate the Max. Quantity
